Agendas for the monthly SWRPA meetings are generally posted ten days before the meeting:

Minutes:

Minutes provide a detailed summary of the actions of SWRPA during their meetings. Minutes for a meeting must be approved by the SWRPA board before they are posted here.

The draft minutes of Agency meetings will be available to the public within 7 days of the agency meeting in the SWRPA offices. The votes of each member on any issue will be made available to the public in writing within 48 hours of the Agency meeting in the SWRPA offices.
