In 2011, the State of Connecticut modified the boundaries of its Congressional, State Senate and State House of Representatives districts to ensure equal representation based on data from the 2010 Census of Population and Housing. The Connecticut Secretary of State provides redistricting reports and plans, and the Connecticut General Assembly Redistricting Project provides additional maps and GIS shapefiles of new districts.
